Refund Policy

Returns and refunds at a glance

Returns: you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Email support@fayeroyal.com first so we can send return instructions.
Damaged, defective or wrong items: contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo, and we will send a free replacement or give you a full refund. You do not need to send the item back unless we ask.
Return shipping: for change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping. Original shipping charges are not refunded.
Refunds: once your return is approved, we refund the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Items that cannot be returned: used items and gift cards.
